Do I need to get a permit?

It is up to you to check with your local county and building permit office to see what permits are required. You are required to obtain any and all permits that may be required as the codes vary from state to state and county to county. Also please make sure the location where you want to place it is ok and meets your setback requirements.

Does price include installation on carports and/or metal garages/buildings?

Yes, all prices on metal buildings include free delivery and installation on your level land.

How level does my land need to be?

Within 3 inches is preferred. If your land is not level, please contact us.

What are the delivery times?

Approximately 2-6 weeks, dependent upon the weather conditions, time of year and crew availability. Delivery time starts once your site is ready. Estimated delivery time frames are not guaranteed. Please contact us for an updated time frame for your local area.

Do you have financing or rent to own?

Yes, we do.
Rent to Own is available with no credit check. RTO amounts are up to $15,000-

85% financing is available up to $55,000 with a FICO score of 600 or above. Credit application required.

What does “Certified” mean?

These types of buildings are designed by engineers and have specific ratings for wind speed and snow load. Certified buildings include a tighter screw pattern, additional appropriate anchors depending on surface type. Various factors, such as high winds or heavy snowfall in different states/counties, local authorities may require quality standard certifications for any structure being installed.
